MANTICORA Confirmed For PROGPOWER USA VI Festival

February 1, 2005

Danish power metallers MANTICORA have been confirmed for the ProgPower USA VI festival, a two-day event set to take place in September 16-17 at Earthlink Live in Atlanta, Georgia. Also scheduled to appear are Sweden's THERION (on Saturday, Sept. 17).

Commented MANTICORA in a statement: "It is the 6th year the festival is running, with a sold out venue every year of 1,200 crazy fans. It is THE event for progressive and power metal bands in the USA, and therefore we are of course honored to have been chosen as on of 10 bands to appear on the festival, not to mention the fact that we are the band opening this ball. We guarantee the American fans one hell of a show on this — our debut live show in the USA. GREAT!"
